Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers and service technicians to resolve issues with vehicles on a timely basis
  • Advising customers on repair and maintenance requirements
  • Making informed recommendations on new accessories to enhance the customer’s experience with their BRP vehicle
  • Preparing detailed repair orders
  • Addressing any customer issues promptly, always using professionalism
  • Administrating warranties

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A “can do” attitude
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, and be detail-oriented
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for learning about the powersport industry
  • Professional and personal integrity
  • A desire to grow with the business
  • Valid class G driver’s licence (class M would be an asset) with clean abstract
