Main Responsibilities:

Office Administrator

  • Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures
  • Ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Managing office supplies
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Process employee expense reports and keep track of expenses and payments
  • Communicate with Vendors when necessary

General Bookkeeping:

  • Full cycle A/P and A/R including review, reconciliation and verification of amounts paid
  • Assign expenses and coding to correct G/L’s
  • Keep track of payable due dates and process payments on time
  • Keep track of inter-company transactions and generate journal entry for month-end
  • Keep track of accrual for purchases/payables and accrual for un-billed revenue each month
  • Inter-Company Accounting:
    • Prepare invoices for other entities within the group.
    • Full cycle A/P and A/R for other entities within the group.
    • Lead semi-annual physical inventory count and costing for the Company Profile.
    • Administrative support to various company departments

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Office Administrator / Bookkeeper
  • 3 years of experience
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Balancing G/Ls and Bank Statements
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
