Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers and service technicians to resolve issues with vehicles on a timely basis
- Advising customers on repair and maintenance requirements
- Making informed recommendations on new accessories to enhance the customer’s experience with their BRP vehicle
- Preparing detailed repair orders
- Addressing any customer issues promptly, always using professionalism
- Administrating warranties
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A “can do” attitude
- Customer service experience
- Excellent organizational skills, and be detail-oriented
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for learning about the powersport industry
- Professional and personal integrity
- A desire to grow with the business
- Valid class G driver’s licence (class M would be an asset) with clean abstract
