Visco-Lok

The standard four-wheel-drive Outlander 500/700 uses a Visco-Lok auto-locking front differential.

When front-wheel slip is detected, the system automatically transfers additional power toward the wheel with better traction. It gives the rider four-wheel-drive capability without requiring a manually operated front differential lock.

Visco-Lok QE

DPS, XT and MAX packages use the quicker-engaging Visco-Lok QE front differential.

Visco-4Lok

The mud-focused Outlander X mr 700 upgrades to Visco-4Lok.
